Reservations Having established availability, you will need to complete a booking form. This is accessible by clicking "Contacts" on our Home Page. A 25% deposit is payable by personal cheque within two weeks of the provisional booking being accepted. Upon receipt of this, the apartment will be confirmed for the agreed dates in your name. The minimum booking is for one week, and in blocks of one week thereafter. The balance is payable on arrival. Change-over day is Saturday. To enable us to prepare your apartment, please do not arrive before 15.30 hours. We would also request that you do not arrive after 20.00 hours. To enable us to prepare your apartment for incoming visitors, it must be vacated by 10.00 hours on the day of your departure. Cancellations For cancellations received up to six weeks before the proposed date of arrival, a charge of 10% of the full rental will be made. Up to four weeks before the proposed date of arrival, a charge of 50% of the full rental will be made. Thereafter the full rental becomes payable.

THE SWIMMING POOL Our new swimming pool, measuring 12 X 6 metres, has been constructed on the site that was once the farm ' s threshing floor. The pool is finished in a natural sandstone colour and is entered by Roman-style steps. Its position between the farmhouse and olive grove ensures maximum convenience while preserving the harmony of its natural surroundings. For your further convenience, toilet and shower facilities are provided for the pool area.
